Grade Requirement
The required grade to apply for PLMAT
is at least a Grade 11 GWA of 85

  • Original and photocopy of Form 138
    (Grade 12) with general weighted
    average (GWA) of 85 or better
  • Original and photocopy of PSA birth
    certificate
  • Original and photocopy of Certificate
    of Good Moral Character from the last
    school attended
  • Original and photocopy of Voter’s
    Certification of Parent and Proof of
    Residency for at least five (5) years
    For Manila Residents Only
  • Two (2) pieces of 2x2 colored ID
    picture with white background
  • Medical certificate from the PLM
    Health Services Department
  • Other documents as may be required
    by the college or program
PLMAT
After the physical documents the applicants
had to take an admission test called the PLMAT
which is a four-hour examination consisting of
sub-tests in English, Science, Mathematics,
Filipino and Abstract Reasoning.
